that my internship is gonna end soon. i've had enough of rubbish work and i really do mean rubbish work when i say rubbish work. the things i have to do have been as dumb as reading drawings for a whole day, photocopying stuff and traveling all around kl to get a wire cable thingy.
well, the last one's pretty okay. we get to chill for long hours. extended breaks for the win. woohoo!
and only just lately, it hit me; I DO NOT EVER WANNA PRACTICE CIVIL ENGINEERING. then again, i won't know what the future holds for me. i've decided to go into the finance and investment department. obviously that requires much more reading than engineering and more general knowledge as well as risk taking. back then, risky business was a major no no for me. now, HELL YEAH BABEH. the return is great and i think i would love doing this.
so i'm going to work in a bank.
yes, major flip from a construction site. i actually really hate my field. i have no idea why i chose it. but i do well in my course. so i guess i can't say that i regret taking it. then again, i've only gone through two years. third year coming up and i have a feeling i won't be ready for the challenges coming up my way. lol.
either way, MeatWorks for dinner tonight and i hope that this visit will be 100 times better than my last. i still remember that horrible horrible visit. omg.
on a side note, i want an iPad :D
